I’m a week and a half into the Next Level Peak Performance program, and I can already feel things shifting. As someone with (undx) ADHD, it’s a relief to find tools that *fit* the way my brain works instead of fighting against it. Even in this short time, I’m getting clearer on priorities, feeling less scattered, and beginning to build routines that seem like they might really stick.I especially want to shout out my coach, Tyler Summers. He gets ADHD, gives structure without overwhelming me, and adapts instantly when something isn’t working. Most importantly, he helps me notice the early wins I’d normally overlook. I joined our weekly call today dreading talking to him, because I'd so miserably failed to complete all the tasks I'd set for myself. I came away from the call wanting to write this review and feeling pumped. It’s early days, but it feels like I'm on the right path.
