Before joining, I struggled with putting things clearly in front of me, knowing what to delegate, and big time procrastination. The program and my coach Sohail have made a huge difference! My biggest win was setting clear goals using the three lens and focusing on my wins daily. I became more active and organized on social media, created an internal team, and we're consistently posting content and gaining lots of followers! I'm still growing and focused on doing things the right way. Sohail is a fantastic coach and human who guides me every call; I implement his advice and it does make a difference. I'm always excited to be on the call and would definitely go ahead right away if you were scheduled with Sohail! If you are considering getting better in your personal and professional life, this program will take you step by step. Take this program, I guarantee you it will make a difference if you want to change! I would recommend it 100 times!
Not only I am significantly more productive, but this program shifted my mindset and identity.
I now approach every aspect of my life with the systems blueprint taught in this program: identifying inputs, bottlenecks, outcomes, and re-iterate. Fail fast, gather feedback fast, and improve fast. As an engineer, this is something I do at work but never thought to implement in my day-to-day life. The coaches are helpful and they have a really sharp and knowledgable team. Would 100% recommend especially for engineers. I never thought I could be so much more productive until I joined this program.
One minor improvement: some clients come to office hours without clear questions and spend time sharing their life story, which limits others’ chances to ask questions. A short module on how to use office hours effectively would be helpful.

Couldn't more highly recommend Next Level Peak Performance. Prior to completing the program, I was a mess; unable to keep track of my time, tasks, progress, or even know what I was supposed to be working on next. Within about a week of joining, my coach Sumi had superbly helped me to think through my priorities, taking her time to help me schedule my tasks in order to stay on track. I reached most of my goals within the six week program. He is a great mentor, helping me break down my problems into simple and more manageable steps. He challenges me to dig deeper in my thinking to truly map out a plan to achieve my goals. When times were tough on my end, he was understanding and allowed me to reschedule meetings and provided the encouragement that I needed to get back on the proverbial horse. His mentorship has helped me tackle ambitious projects in tighter timelines than I thought possible. I definitely think this course is worth the investment.
Before this program, I really struggled with time blindness and memory issues, feeling like I needed to keep everything in my head. Working with an ADHD coach specifically has really helped clarify why other coaching hasn't been as effective. I now have so much more focus! The material provided is outstanding, tackling all topics in a straightforward and practical manner that can easily be integrated into daily life. I really enjoy this course, but it feels a bit rushed for full appreciation. The fees for international participants are quite high. Nonetheless, I still find it worthwhile as an Australian.
