I was in the market for a coaching program, but had bad experiences in the past and always as a result have reservations.Next Level Systems appealed to me as ADHD definitely complicates the ability to implement systems and finish courses, so the fact that this program focused on this element, but was also by a highly educated person with full understanding of systems and processes and what works, and not just a person that wanted to be a coach and as a result chose this niche as many of them are. I really love the coach I have been paired with, Sumi, and look forward to our sessions. The accountability is really valuable, as is the understanding of ADHD behaviours and empathetic support and encouragement, rather than feeling bad that I haven't done the prescribed tasks.Overall, I think the course is good value. The mindset fundamentals are not new to anyone who has been working on themselves for any period of time, but knowing and implementing are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Execution and consistency in sticking to systems have sabotaged my capability for as long as I can remember, so I am happy to have found a program that aligns with my needs and values to this extent. If this program is appealing to you, there is a reason for it, so do it. I have not had a moment of buyer's remorse since joining, unlike other programs I have been sucked into.
