I have tried a lot of different programs and material on managing my ADHD including books, programs, life coaching etc, so I was initially quite skeptical when it came to signing up for this. However, after watching the content on Ali’s channel and going through the ADHD entrepreneurs and Next Level programs, I can say that it was a truly transformational experience. The program isn’t cheap, but it was truly worth it for me since I had finally felt in control of my productivity and helped me frame my life and work in systems. The frameworks in the videos were relatable and it had also helped me develop my own systems in life and think of things in terms of bottlenecks and feedback loops. These are all information that is out there someway or another, but having it distilled down and working through it with my coach (Jamaal was excellent) through 6 weeks helped me get the reps in so I could do it on my own. I still have more to improve, but the experience so far has been great.
