Booking through the snagging company website was very easy, he was also very accommodating to any changes in booking. Our snagging took almost a day, and it was worthwhile. Ryan provided a thorough breakdown of all the flaws, from cosmetic to complex, present in the build in the report and in person in a professional manner. His post completion checklist included subsidence, loft insulation, cold bridging, water ingress, thermal imaging and drone surveying. I had received the PDF report on the same day, it was easy to read with a good level of depth and photos. He was lovely to communicate with, and I hope to book him again to perform our de-snagging. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to snag their home as his expertise is exceptional.
