I would rate them even lower if possible. I have invested a significant amount, several thousand dollars, on items from this service. I've only returned two items from all those purchases. I specifically requested that the refunds be credited back to my bank card used for the orders. Instead, they issued both refunds on a gift card. They refuse to rectify this issue. I've spoken to at least three different representatives. Additionally, the two items I returned were from the same order, sent back together in one box at the same time from the same shipping location. However, one return took several days while the other took over a week and a half, both resulting in gift cards. Now, they won't correct their mistake, claiming it's a bank issue. I will never spend money at this service again. Gift cards can be canceled, and the funds could easily be credited back to my account. They refuse to make their error right. Customer support was unhelpful. When I asked for a supervisor's contact, they provided a number and then abruptly ended the chat. I will ensure that others are aware of their questionable practices and unhelpful staff. This return involves over $80 from an order totaling nearly $350. I will inform everyone I know to avoid this service, especially given how they treat loyal customers. I will also report this to the relevant authorities and seek legal advice. Save your money, time, and sanity. Support local businesses instead. Avoid dealing with this service. It seems many others have had similar experiences, as reflected in various reviews online. This isn't just one isolated incident. Overall, this is not a service worth my investment.
