I placed an order on February 3rd for six matching family shirts to wear for our Super Bowl celebration. The website promised delivery by February 6th, which was crucial for our plans.
As of February 7th (the day before the Super Bowl), only two of the six shirts have arrived. According to tracking information, two additional shirts may be delivered today, and the remaining two haven't even shipped yet—with estimated delivery after the Super Bowl has already concluded.
This delay meant my family couldn't wear our matching shirts for the game we'd planned to watch together, which was disappointing for both my children and grandchildren. When ordering time-sensitive items for specific events, reliable delivery is essential.
Unfortunately, NFLShop.com did not meet these expectations despite their stated delivery timeline. For future holiday and event orders, I'll be using retailers with more dependable shipping, such as Amazon.
Unreliable and Disappointing! I ordered two rookie cards with autographs. The images on the platform displayed nearly flawless corners, but the cards I received were far from that quality. When I reached out to the support team, they kept insisting that the signatures might not match exactly what was depicted online. They ignored my main issue regarding the poor condition of the card corners. Definitely not to be trusted.
I would rate them even lower if possible. I have invested a significant amount, several thousand dollars, on items from this service. I've only returned two items from all those purchases. I specifically requested that the refunds be credited back to my bank card used for the orders. Instead, they issued both refunds on a gift card. They refuse to rectify this issue. I've spoken to at least three different representatives. Additionally, the two items I returned were from the same order, sent back together in one box at the same time from the same shipping location. However, one return took several days while the other took over a week and a half, both resulting in gift cards. Now, they won't correct their mistake, claiming it's a bank issue. I will never spend money at this service again. Gift cards can be canceled, and the funds could easily be credited back to my account. They refuse to make their error right. Customer support was unhelpful. When I asked for a supervisor's contact, they provided a number and then abruptly ended the chat. I will ensure that others are aware of their questionable practices and unhelpful staff. This return involves over $80 from an order totaling nearly $350. I will inform everyone I know to avoid this service, especially given how they treat loyal customers. I will also report this to the relevant authorities and seek legal advice. Save your money, time, and sanity. Support local businesses instead. Avoid dealing with this service. It seems many others have had similar experiences, as reflected in various reviews online. This isn't just one isolated incident. Overall, this is not a service worth my investment.
If I could rate them lower, I would. I've spent a significant amount on items from this company. After returning two items, they issued gift cards instead of refunding my bank card. Despite multiple conversations with different representatives, the issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable, and I will never shop here again. I plan to inform others about their poor practices and contact relevant authorities.
I will never order from this website again! I was excited about my jersey order, but despite receiving delivery confirmation, the package never arrived. The only support offered was to wait 72 hours for a potential resolution. I was even offered a discount for future purchases, but I have no intention of ordering again.
