Purchased a staka Barrow for my disabled wife who had her first weekend session coming up, the day before she was due to go I went to assemble the Barrow and the slots on the mainframe were bent which in turn won’t allow the handles to slot into them, needless to say she had to cancel her trip. I sent an email straight away but did not get a reply so waited until the following week and sent another email which again I have had no reply. Absolutely disgusting, if they can receive orders, pack and ship products the surely they can read an email and respond quickly, I hope they compensate her in some sort of way for the misery they have caused my wife that’s if I ever get a reply from someone who is going to resolve the issue! I will update in a week or so when or if I do receive a reply.
