Amazing service, I had a small issue with the manufacture quality. Emailed and they replied straight away and sent out a replacement the following day. Mark who I dealt with was exceptional. Would definitely order again
Bought a chair and feeder arm set, when it arrived one of the attachment arms was broken. Contacted NGT by email that evening and received a reply the next morning. After sending photos of the damaged piece they said that they would send a replacement straight away, which they did and it arrived 2 days later. Can’t fault that level of customer service.
I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews on here but my experience was quite good. I ordered a small fishing trolley using Paypal but unfortunately they used my old address so I sent several emails to NGT Online because their phone number didn't work. It took 24 hours for them to reply but Mark said he would change to our new address. I received my order the following day all safe and sound. They perhaps need to be a bit quicker replying and sort out their phone but apart from that I'm quite happy
Recieved a damaged item, I've tried to contact them multiple times via their contact us form which will not send despite trying it on my phone, laptop and various browsers and sending an email direct and no reply.I've also tried multiple times phoning the number and get no answer and the voicemail says mail ox is gull so you cannot leave a message.This seller has made it impossible to contact them.I would avoid buying anything from this company and if you do and don't get a response report it to Google and your payment provider and try and get a charge back but you will need to show evidence of trying to contact the seller first.I won't be using this company again as it looks like other people have experienced the same problem.
Awful company - AVOID! Ordered a carp cradle but the cradle bag was damaged, tried calling the company only to get a answer phone message saying inbox is full. Tried emailing loads of times and finally got a response saying they would send a replacement bag. Weeks went by with nothing arriving. Emailed again loads of times only to finally get a response saying the order was delivered on 14th March (That was my original order and not the replacement bag) emailed again loads of times and not getting any response. Shambles of a company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Absolutely shocking service from ngt, I purchased the staka barrow off them it came with a faulty valve meaning the tyre wouldnt stay pumped up, i’ve tried contacting them on the phone which never answers just says mail box full all the time. I’ve emailed the sales team they replied asking for proof of purchase which I gave them straight away and have not heard back since. Shocking service from a shocking company will never usethem again! AVOID!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!!!
I’ll give everyone a fair chance but I’m being treated like a clown. They take your money, they send tracking numbers that are incorrect and the phone never gets answered. Same goes with your emails. I was sent a tracking number on the 18th, when I enter this on Royal Mail it says try again tomorrow. I call Royal Mail and they say it’s incorrect. I’m claiming a refund now
