This housing association has been the worst experience I have encountered. For over three years, I have reported issues with anti-social behavior from my neighbors, yet no resolution has been reached. They have repeatedly failed to follow their own policies and have not taken my complaints seriously. An action plan was proposed but never executed, leaving me to endure daily noise disturbances. Despite my preference for email communication, they persist in making unannounced phone calls. I insist on having everything documented for accountability, yet my requests have been ignored. I await a response from the housing ombudsman regarding my complaints, hoping they recognize the shortcomings of this organization.
