Terrible service. I had prebooked a one hour skating experince, as a surprise for my girlfriend. I had booked it a week in advance for a 5 o’clock skate. We arrive at 4:45, in good time to find the place, and put our skates on. We walk towards the skating ring, and is told that my voucher on the phone had to be printed out. So I had to go to their sales kiosk. We then stood in line here for 45 minutes, so we ended up having about 15 minutes left. I then ask the guy if we could skate from 6-7 since we almost didn’t have any time left. He completely rejected us, and said that we could come back at 10 at night. Since this wasn’t an option for us, i asked for my money back, but he refused. We ended up not getting to skate, and I’m shocked that they have so little respect for paying customers (not a cheap experience). Would not recommend.
