We were introduced to NHMH from a building developer as we were originally looking to PX our home for a new build. At this point we already had a DIP from our current mortgage lender, but were required to complete a qualification for PX with NHMH, and I am glad we did. We were introduced to Ricky F, who was absolutely fantastic, explained everything very well, and took on board the approach we wanted take (retaining some of the proceeds from our sale). He was brilliant and totally reassuring. We decided not to go down the PX route and decided to look at buying an existing property (not new build), thankfully, despite the name 'New Home Mortgage Helpline' it wasn't just for new builds (which we originally thought) Ricky remained on hand to take us through the journey until we found the home we wanted to buy (which turned out to be a new build after all), we were then handed over to Naamah S, who took us through the mortgage application. The process was smooth, explained exceptionally clearly, and all the plans we had discussed with Ricky F, were understood (sometimes info gets relayed poorly and you find yourself having to explain all over again), not so with NHMH, Naamah knew exactly what we wanted to achieve and she executed her role perfectly, and got us a brilliant deal as well. For the final leg of the journey we had support administration which was provided by Michaela W, but to be fair, there wasn't much else to do, within a week of meeting Naamah, our application was submitted, surveys completed and offer from lender made without any alterations to the request. Absolutely flawless, and even better, there was no charge to me. I cannot recommend NHMH enough, extremely pleasant, professional and reassuring team of people, and NOTE you are always dealing with people, speaking to a person, comms were second to none and no AI to get frustrated with.

From start to finish New Homes have been fantastic. We were a little apprehensive at first, but from our first conversation with Shauna, we knew we were in good hands. Shauna was great in our initial call, and proactive on any follow up calls after reserving etc. We were then passed onto the wonderful Prijya, who was fantastic and secured us a really good deal based on our circumstances- we received our offer within 3 working days!!
