We have been lied to by New Homes Mortgage Helpline. They told us an incorrect interest rate when we started the process of getting our DIP. During our mortgage meeting we were told a much higher rate which was unaffordable for us. New Homes Mortgage Helpline told us they knew the higher rate all along but decided to never tell us. We have had to pull out of our house sae and move and are now liable for £6,000 due to New Homes Mortgage Helpline incompetence. We have asked for phone calls of the conversations since October and have still not been provided with these. NEVER AGAIN DO NOT USE.
