I feel sorry for NHS App staff who have to deal with the inevitable complaints about this computer driven service. I have a problem setting up the App but the only response I got when I needed help was Artificial Intelligence lead. After five frustrating day of getting nowhere I decided to complain. There is no complaints procedure ,this in spite of NHS England saying all NHS departments must have one.
