The quantity of SMS reminders is frustrating; two would be sufficient, but I've received six for a single appointment over the past two weeks, along with a letter in the mail. Seriously, does the service not recognize how much money is already being wasted? They need to tone it down.
If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. The service is utterly ineffective; the login process is broken, and I've been passed around without resolution. My healthcare provider says it's not their issue, yet the messages instruct me to contact them. It's a complete mess.

There are broken links on the website related to the app. The user experience is dreadful. Each time I attempt to log in, it claims my details are invalid, forcing me to create a new account, which erases all previous messages. I've spent the last half hour trying to log in, and why must I send pictures of my ID and a video every time just to view my messages? A terrible experience that I wouldn't recommend.
I provided all the necessary details, but then they suddenly required photo ID. I complied with my driving license, but they claimed they couldn't read it. I tried again, and then they asked for a video of me reciting four numbers. That didn't work either. I even wrote the numbers on paper, but they were in mirror image. It would have been faster to walk four miles to speak to someone in person. I rest my case!
This is the worst app ever and a total waste of time. I was instructed by my healthcare provider to book a COVID/Flu jab through the app. I found a nearby pharmacy and booked appointments for myself and my partner, both in our 70s. The day before, I received a text stating they were out of stock and needed to rebook. I tried a different pharmacy, a 20-minute drive away, only to find the pharmacist was on holiday and couldn't cancel appointments. On our third attempt, we showed up, and only the COVID jab was available. This app is as useful as a chocolate teapot!
