Update to my review of this awful company. As expected they asked for more details regarding my complaint, when they already had the details (my surname is not particularly common and there couldn't have been many people with the same name ordering the same Ascot chair 3 years ago). However I provided them. Surprise surprise I received an email back from a supposed " Customer service administrator"reiterating exactly what I'd said in my complaint? I said what was the point in telling me this as I already knew all that detail and was no answer to their poor service. It concluded by saying they'd be happy to send out an engineer again at their exorbitant call -out charge. Too late!!!! The chair has been repaired by a good company at a charge for call-out and repair totalling less than this charge, plus if Niagara's repair was as good as their last one it would have been a complete waste of my time and money.
