They no longer supply the toothed rubber attachment the person I spoke to (after they failed to reply to an email) said he did not know why. Concave head rubbed replacement attachements over £10 plus delivery.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I purchased one of their chairs during lockdown that has been faulty since the day I bought it. It’s been dealt with multiple times and the faults never fixed correctly. Now it’s out of warranty all this company want is £££ before they even look at it. I have sent registered letters to their directors and not one of them answered. I have had cancer and am left with very little energy to deal with it. The company have turned their backs on the chair, leaving me with a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. No duty of care whatsoever. All they want is your money. It’s bordering on a scam. AVOID.
I have had a therapy pad for 45 years and during that time I have used the pad multiple times with positive results . I am now at an age 81 years ,where i constantly use the therapy pad ,every day for knee arthritis , back muscle spasm, I can only speak for myself ,this cyclone pad helps my condtion 100% ,it is not a cure ,but without it I would not be able to walk, I wrote this review on the 2nd of November 2025 .
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid £4400 for an equine back massager and human one and they did not send a charger. This was in July and it is now mid-September and despite numerous messages, calls and email to them I still do not have a charger and they are not processing a refund. Apauling customer service!
Update to my review of this awful company. As expected they asked for more details regarding my complaint, when they already had the details (my surname is not particularly common and there couldn't have been many people with the same name ordering the same Ascot chair 3 years ago). However I provided them. Surprise surprise I received an email back from a supposed " Customer service administrator"reiterating exactly what I'd said in my complaint? I said what was the point in telling me this as I already knew all that detail and was no answer to their poor service. It concluded by saying they'd be happy to send out an engineer again at their exorbitant call -out charge. Too late!!!! The chair has been repaired by a good company at a charge for call-out and repair totalling less than this charge, plus if Niagara's repair was as good as their last one it would have been a complete waste of my time and money.
No response to my review. Typifies their lacklustre after sales service. I've just had a company round called Emmiera to repair the chair they charged £84 for a call out and repaired the chair on the first visit at a charge of £64 bit different to Niagara who wanted to charge nearly £200 just to come and have a look!!! Again avoid Niagara at all cost.
Awful post sales care to a bereaved family. They refused to send us instructions to dismantle a therapy bed following the death of my sister. They said they won’t do it or have any instructions available, I even asked for assembly instructions, they would not provide them
Terrible company that prey on the elderly. Sold a £5,000 finance deal to an 81 lady that can't afford it! They gained entry to her property and refused to leave without a signature on an unwanted contract. She already has their beds and was told that she "needed an upgrade" despite there being nothing wrong with her bed!!!Outrageous
Purchased a new chair. Terrible cheap fabric. It’s only a couple of years old but looks so worn already. After sales service? There isn’t any! Do not return your calls or send emails as promised. Would definitely look elsewhere for a massage chair. There are so many more on the market,that are a lot cheaper and I am sure last a lot longer.
