Missold bed to elderly couple, who I am now helping to deal with being left with something which was unsuitable. They were unable to address the issue due the wife being terminally ill, and having now passed away the husband is left with this awful twin bed, which does not fit the room. At the time it provided no proper access for carers to support his wife. The husband is frustrated to say the least, and seriously out of pocket for overpriced goods. They clearly prey on vulnerable people, who believe sales men. No response to a letter to them months ago. Clear policy and approach of ignoring customers in hope they go away, quite literally? Sales agents sell what they want, not what customer needs. Awful. Avoid.
