In January my elderly father called this company as his remote control for his chair had broken -he paid them £159 for a visit to repair the remote control. At the time it was explained that my father relied on the functionality to manage his pain and to assist him to get up to his walker. I’ve just phoned them today to find out when the repair man would be coming given nearly four months had passed since he’d paid his £159 for the repair visit , as pleasant as the lady was she couldn’t advise me of the actual date they would come. I’ve requested a refund which they’ve confirmed BUT the point is had I not have chased them my poor dad would have been waiting, In pain never knowing when it was getting fixed -very disappointed with this terrible service
