It's beyond bad, this is not customer service, I'm not even sure if I'm speaking to human beings. The only thing they know how to do is to quote their help center and give trainers items back when the game is not functioning correctly (raids for example). The rest, it's incomplete/unrelated answers to my issues, there's no transparency whatsoever, and automated messages. In fact, most of their responses comply with the help center, but when something goes wrong, they start giving you random responses unrelated to the issue I'm talking about, with the hopes that you'll just shut up. It's not worth it to contact them whenever you have a good point.Horrible
