Simple process to register our new puppy and get him covered almost immediately. Went to vet the next day and the initial puppy visit was covered as described in the paperwork and a check is on the way

I submitted a claim over a month ago (12/22), and still have not received reimbursement that I rightfully deserve and paid for. My dog required a very expensive, unexpected surgery, in December.
I paid for upgraded coverage, not just the free insurance. I took a chance on a new company, in efforts to protect my new puppy, and they keep going back and forth with needing more documents. I do not have anything else to give them, and I do not understand why they cannot process my claim. I am beginning to feel like I made a mistake. My payment to the Nibbles Credit card for my dog's surgery is due soon and I still haven't gotten any news about getting reimbursed. They have been very difficult to work with. I will keep this review updated if I hear anything back about my claim. Yes, the application process is easy like many others have mentioned, but that's just about it.
Misleading promotional offer. They advertise a "1 month no questions asked cancellation and refund" policy. However, when attempting to cancel within that month, they deny the refund with the flimsy reason that signing up on the website disqualifies you from receiving it.
Terrible experience - it's a scam. It's been over 90 days since I submitted my claim, which was verified by my veterinarian, and it remains unprocessed. They continue to send emails requesting documentation that I've already submitted multiple times. AVOID this service for pet health insurance!
