I submitted a claim over a month ago (12/22), and still have not received reimbursement that I rightfully deserve and paid for. My dog required a very expensive, unexpected surgery, in December.
I paid for upgraded coverage, not just the free insurance. I took a chance on a new company, in efforts to protect my new puppy, and they keep going back and forth with needing more documents. I do not have anything else to give them, and I do not understand why they cannot process my claim. I am beginning to feel like I made a mistake. My payment to the Nibbles Credit card for my dog's surgery is due soon and I still haven't gotten any news about getting reimbursed. They have been very difficult to work with. I will keep this review updated if I hear anything back about my claim. Yes, the application process is easy like many others have mentioned, but that's just about it.
