NIBE as always very helpful and always try to go the extra mile.Sometimes I have had to remind them for copies of some paper work I have requested but when I chase it up, it is with me more or less straight away.I sometimes have an issue with the warranty registration page not working. At times it has even told me its been registered and down the line when customers have contacted NIBE to arrange a service, they are told that it has not been registered.This can cause quite the frustration to all parties involved.
