I've been using the service for a few weeks and typically everything functions well – surveys credit promptly, small compensations for screen-outs appear quickly, and the app is user-friendly. On December 5, 2025, I requested a £15 PayPal cashout. The amount was immediately deducted, and I saw 'Voucher redeemed –15.00 GBP' (#60462073). Shortly after, I decided to cancel the request (I reached out to support for assistance). The cashout now correctly shows as 'Canceled' in my payment history, but the £15 has yet to be returned to my balance. Currently, my balance stands at £1.29. It has now been two full days with no refund of the £15, and I have not received any response from support (I sent an email and an in-app message). I see many users on Trustpilot mention that support typically resolves issues, so I hope this is merely a delay or a minor glitch. I would be happy to update this review to 5 stars once the £15 is credited back, as up to this point, the site has been legitimate and paying.
