I had problems when starting to use nicesurveys. The surveys I had already. Finished didn“t appear- there werte no points that where counted. So I Write a ticket and was answered in a friendly way immediately so that the Problem could be solved right away and hasn“t appwared a second time. This makes me optimistic and trustful.
I had two distinct inquiries, and the representative was the one who helped me with both. They were incredibly polite, patient, and provided clear and accurate answers to my questions; because of this, the service will be my primary choice for survey participation! I have been using the service for a few weeks, and generally, everything functions well – surveys credit, small compensations for screen-outs appear quickly, and the app is user-friendly. On December 5, 2025, I requested a £15 cashout via PayPal. The amount was promptly deducted, and I saw the message 'Voucher redeemed –15.00 GBP' (#60462073). A few minutes later, I opted to cancel the request by contacting the support team. The cashout now correctly shows as 'Canceled' in my payment history, but the £15 has not been restored to my balance. Currently, my balance stands at only £1.29. It has now been two full days without a refund of the £15, and I haven’t received any response from the support team despite sending an email and an in-app message. I've seen many users on Trustpilot mention that support eventually resolves issues, so I’m hopeful this is just a delay or a minor glitch. I would be happy to update this review to 5 stars once the £15 is credited back, as up until now, the site has been legitimate and paying. This survey platform is operated by a company that partners with others known for scamming. They employ unsupported invitation methods to boost their ratings. I earned $10 today and withdrew my incentive, but they canceled my payout request and banned me from taking surveys. Their response to my inquiry was that my account was banned for quality reasons. I requested evidence, but they did not provide any and closed my support ticket. I advise others to steer clear of this platform, as they seem to be fraudulent.
