I have been using the service for a few weeks, and generally, everything functions well – surveys credit, small compensations for screen-outs appear quickly, and the app is user-friendly. On December 5, 2025, I requested a £15 cashout via PayPal. The amount was promptly deducted, and I saw the message 'Voucher redeemed –15.00 GBP' (#60462073). A few minutes later, I opted to cancel the request by contacting the support team. The cashout now correctly shows as 'Canceled' in my payment history, but the £15 has not been restored to my balance. Currently, my balance stands at only £1.29. It has now been two full days without a refund of the £15, and I haven’t received any response from the support team despite sending an email and an in-app message. I've seen many users on Trustpilot mention that support eventually resolves issues, so I’m hopeful this is just a delay or a minor glitch. I would be happy to update this review to 5 stars once the £15 is credited back, as up until now, the site has been legitimate and paying.
