Les conducteurs ont fait de nombreux arrêts inutiles, alors que nous voulions simplement rentrer. À cause de ces retards, l'une des trois pyramides incluses dans le programme n'a pas été visitée. Le bus était inconfortable : pas de climatisation quand il faisait chaud, pas de chauffage quand il faisait froid, et pas d'eau, même si cela était censé être inclus. Le guide francophone était payant en supplément et avait un très faible niveau de français. Le guide anglophone était très désagréable et non professionnel, et devrait clairement changer de métier.
