We felt completely deceived by this agency. They initially told us that ALL guides and drivers were included, but later asked us for additional money for some entrances that were supposedly covered.They also suggested that we pay for all monument tickets through them with a "small commission," which turned out to be around €50. It’s much better to buy your tickets directly at the ticket office.One of the guides even tried to scam us by charging us again for tickets we had already paid for. The tour was supposed to be private, but we ended up sharing a bus with a lot more people. The cruise was also not the category we had been promised.The worst part was their complete lack of customer service. Whenever we raised concerns, they ignored us and offered no solutions.The only positives were the friendly cruise staff and one of the guides, who was very nice. Unfortunately, the rest of the guides barely explained anything.I strongly recommend avoiding this agency and looking for a more honest and reliable option.
