I placed an order on December 19th, and as of today (December 31st), I haven't gotten any updates. My account indicates the order has been processing in Hagen since December 22nd. I emailed customer support a few days ago and only got an automated reply that someone would get back to me within 48 hours, but I've heard nothing since. My payment has already been processed, but I haven't received any products. My experience has been terrible, and I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
