Review Time
I placed an order on December 19th, and as of today (December 31st), I still have not received any updates. My account shows that the order has been processing since December 22nd. I reached out to customer service a few days ago and only received an automatic response stating someone would respond within 48 hours, but I haven't heard back since. My payment has been processed, yet I have not received any product. This experience has been terrible, and I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
I filed a complaint and provided the order numbers for items not received, but my payment was taken immediately on December 3rd. I only received one of three orders. I received an email stating the others were at a pickup location from the courier and were being returned on December 17th for a refund, but I never got any communication from them. Each time I checked tracking, it showed 'processing' instead. I still haven't received a refund, and now it's December 30th. I've contacted customer service with no response. The amount involved is nearly 300€. This site is not trustworthy anymore. I will have to escalate this to my bank and the relevant trade authorities.
I ordered six foundations for myself and friends for Christmas, but there were shards of glass in the packaging. All six bottles were broken, and I injured my hands badly. I had to go to the hospital for stitches. You ruined my Christmas! Better packaging for glass items is crucial. You need to be held accountable for this!

I've ordered multiple times without issues, but now I've received the wrong foundation number and bronzer shade. I emailed customer service, but have yet to receive a reply. Now I have two expensive products I cannot use. Very unhappy with this situation!
This is my third purchase, and once again, it's been a fantastic shopping experience! The website functions well and is visually appealing. I love that I can choose 'Clean' products too. Delivery is incredibly fast from Germany to the Netherlands, always arriving with lovely samples and well-packaged. My new favorite online store!
