If pointed out these mistakes that are obviously on them, they just pull the old "import fees are out of are control" - no they are not if you are a serious business! So just don't bother ordering from them to Switzerland, you might get UPS charges (or also might not, it's completely random in my experience), no matter how high or low the cost of your shipment.
