Placed my order over 2 weeks ago, still no confirmation of dispatch. Contacted them 6 days ago, they said there was a problem with my parcel being returned to their warehouse and they will send a replacement but haven’t received any confirmation that this actually been done. They have lost my trust considering it was my first purchase, I wouldn’t buy from them again. Will open PayPal dispute if nothing changes by the end of the week.Update: 5 weeks later nothing was still shipped. Nothing was done to rectify the stress it caused me and time wasted contacting customer service over and over because they were really vague with the replies. In the end I have my refund however I would never deal with them again.
