Ordered many things
Long delays and constant changing of delivery times. Multiple confusing texts and emails sometimes 3 texts in a day with 3 different times quoted.
Ordered a rug in December 25 waited 3 months and it’s not what I asked for and tried to call.. after service is bad.. was told to call next week because they had a sale and would be too busy to answer the phone.. (always a sale but never reduced price)
Refused to transfer me to the store!
