I emailed immediately after ordering to get my address updated alongside messaging on IG, FB AND TikTok. Note: I couldn't find a phone number ANYWHERE – convenient. I had typed in my new one and then something glitched with payment and it must have reverted to the old one by the time I hit pay again. Customer Service took hours to reply and told me it was too late and the order had been shipped. No shit, you took hours to reply. If someone can pack and send it, someone can reply to an email/DM. I also doubt the package has been picked up by a courier since the tracking doesn't display any results. Pretty disappointed in this company.
