Have had issues on and off with the app. It tells me it submits but it hasn’t gone through. Had a few weeks where I had a broken phone so was unable to log. Got a call as they hadn’t had anything for a few weeks, I explained the situation. Got a new phone and redownloaded the app. Started scanning, booked a holiday break, all showing in the app fine and getting the message that they had submitted. Went to do it again and was able to submit (got the message it had submitted) but when I went into my more details it had nothing since October!!! They’ve closed and cancelled my account yet I have been scanning for the last few months with no apparent issue.
