Adding onto my previous review. I got locked out of my account on the 13th January due to a phone number change. On the 28th January after much back and forth with the customer service team (and leaving a bad review) they told me they had unlocked my account and gave me steps to follow to get back into the app.None of these steps work, I just get an error code - 202602090951554251294On the 2nd February I emailed back informing the team that I'm still unable to access my account. I was told it would have to be referred to the technical team. This was a week ago and I still haven't had any updates and still can't access my account. This issue has been going on for almost a month
