I was issued a new scanner on March 18th, but it refused to poll/transmit to NIQ, I carried on scanning & May 14th it did connect to NIQ, So lost all points, May 11,18th,25th & June 1st all say Empty poll, so yet again I loose out NO Points all down to a faulty scanner.
