I joined Nielsen in December 2023, I have been scanning everything I buy, from offline and online purchases. To be honest, I probably scan in purchases 3-4 times per week.My points have been building nicely, then I opened their smartphone app to scan in a couple of online purchases that were delivered today to find they have taken nearly 2000 points away from my balance, why?My total was 4900 yesterday, and now it is 3190, why the discrepancy, why have the points been removed, what reason? I have received no email or any notification via their app as to why they have wiped out some of my points balance. I am not happy about it at all.That is not the behaviour of a reputable company, is it? It also makes me feel dubious to carry on with them if this is what they do.No doubt, I will receive some wishy-washy reply that won't help at all and won't reinstate the points either.
