Dreadful from start to a very quick finish. I went away and told them I wouldn’t be scanning only to receive an incredibly rude email this morning telling me that as they hadn’t heard from me, my account was cancelled and if I wanted to redeem my points, I had a few days to do so. Went to the Rewards Catalogue and completed the ludicrously complicated system to log into that, only to get a message to say “please contact our Help Desk”. When I finally managed that, I could barely hear the woman on the other end of the phone and she refused to listen to me, constantly speaking to me as if I was a child! My Reward Points are 100 under the minimum required to claim a voucher which would have meant just one more scan! However, as my account was closed well before I was informed that it was going to be, I couldn’t do that! Rude tone in all correspondence and impossible to talk to! Way too much trouble for very little (if any) reward! Stay clear and save yourself a massive headache!
