This service is a complete disappointment. I ordered on November 25th, only to discover that two items were pre-orders, which was not indicated. The latest dispatch date was supposed to be December 8th. I've been trying to cancel this order for a week, but the support team says they cannot assist. They've also disabled comments on social media, suggesting many others are experiencing the same problems. I have no idea when my order will ship or if it will arrive by Christmas. Although two items were in stock, they refused to ship them separately. After multiple emails expressing my dissatisfaction, they have chosen to ignore me. It feels like a greedy service taking advantage during the holiday season without being able to meet demand. I will NEVER shop here again.
