AVOID THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered Christmas pyjamas in November, and they indicated they would be shipped by December 8th. There has been no update on dispatch, no responses to my emails, absolutely nothing. I will escalate this with the relevant authorities!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I placed an order on November 25th, only to find out two items were on pre-order, which was not communicated when ordering. The latest dispatch date was December 8th. I've been trying to cancel for a week, but the support team says they cannot assist. They've also turned off comments on their social media, indicating that many others are facing similar issues. I'm left uncertain about when my order will ship or if it will arrive in time for Christmas. Although two items were in stock, they refused to send them separately. After several emails expressing my frustration, they have ignored my concerns. It feels like a greedy service taking advantage during the holiday season while failing to meet demand. I will NEVER shop here again.

If I could rate lower, I definitely would. Terrible service, I've sent numerous emails to support with no response. I ordered on November 22nd and was told it was a pre-order (which was not mentioned in the order). I was informed it would dispatch by December 8th, but it still hasn't shipped, and I don't know if it ever will. No one is responding, making it impossible to cancel my order. Horrible customer service.
I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I ordered on October 28th, and now it's December 11th with no delivery. After weeks, I reached out and was told my order was a pre-order, which it wasn't. I requested to cancel due to frustration, but they refused, citing their policy on pre-orders, claiming it would ship by November 10th. They did refund the shipping fee as a courtesy, but the order never arrived. After several follow-ups, they now claim it will ship this week. Don't waste your time ordering from this service; you will only lose out.
I've been trying to contact this service to arrange a return without success. It seems impossible to access the returns portal, and my email attempts have also gone unanswered. I'm very disappointed with their customer and after-sales support!
I bought a set from this service. Initially, I liked it because it fit well, but the material quality was poor; it wore out after a few washes. I tried ordering another set, but this time the fit was off. I mistakenly didn't enter my email address while ordering, and returning the item has been a nightmare. Customer service initially replied, stating they sent a return code to my email (which I never received). After that, they stopped responding entirely. I've had no answers via email or chat. I'm sharing this review to warn others and remind myself to never order from them again.
