I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I placed an order on November 25th, only to find out two items were on pre-order, which was not communicated when ordering. The latest dispatch date was December 8th. I've been trying to cancel for a week, but the support team says they cannot assist. They've also turned off comments on their social media, indicating that many others are facing similar issues. I'm left uncertain about when my order will ship or if it will arrive in time for Christmas. Although two items were in stock, they refused to send them separately. After several emails expressing my frustration, they have ignored my concerns. It feels like a greedy service taking advantage during the holiday season while failing to meet demand. I will NEVER shop here again.
