After suffering with toothache for days, and the Ibuprofen no longer relieving the pain, I finally took the decision to put my fears to one side and visit an emergency dentist.
All I can say is I wish I came much sooner.
The dentist was fantastic! I can not recommend him enough.
I experienced tooth pain for three weeks while waiting for a specialist extraction. It became unbearable, and I reached out for help late at night. Within two hours, the tooth was removed, and the pain was gone. I am particularly grateful to the outstanding dentist who handled my case. The extraction was quick and painless, despite being labeled too difficult by my regular dentist. The attending nurse was friendly and professional, making the experience much more comfortable. I would recommend their services without any hesitation.

Firstly, what has happened to NHS dentists? The NHS should take note of private dental services for examples of excellent care. My wife was told by our NHS dentist that she needed a tooth extraction, which could not be done in-house, leading to a referral with a long waiting list. We decided to go private and chose a local clinic. Once we adjusted to the cost, we understood the great value for money. The process was seamless: same-day booking, consultation, and tooth removal, all executed excellently. The dentist went above and beyond to ensure my wife felt comfortable throughout, rating the experience as five stars. A nice touch was the follow-up message the next day to check on her. Would we recommend this clinic? Absolutely.
The dentist I saw was skilled and professional. However, the clinic seems to take advantage of those in emergency situations, charging £390 for a tooth removal and £490 for starting a root canal, which I had to finish with my own dentist. Thankfully, I declined and waited, paying only £27 to my own dentist.
