We visited for hair transplants on 18/01/26, and the service was exceptional and professional, especially thanks to the support from a team member who facilitated everything. I look forward to returning for dental work in the future and hope to receive the same level of professionalism.
I had gynecomastia surgery twice, both of which were unsuccessful, leaving me with asymmetry and excess volume. Additionally, the hair transplant resulted in most grafts falling out, leaving permanent scars. Despite traveling from Australia for these procedures, I have faced significant material and emotional distress, prompting me to pursue legal action. The institution's recent public statement aimed to undermine my claims instead of addressing my grievances. I seek financial compensation for my losses, as the assurances given have proven unsatisfactory.
I waited a while to share my thoughts on the hair transplant I had on 30.01/2024, and I cannot recommend it. I had concerns about the surgeon's identity, which were not addressed adequately. The transplanted hair is sparse and doesn't match my natural hair. Furthermore, the lack of experience of the surgeons was apparent. Despite my dissatisfaction, the coordinator was defensive when I expressed my concerns. Additionally, I had explicitly requested not to be featured on social media, yet I found myself in a video. I would rate this experience lower if possible.
I really enjoyed my hair transplantation experience at this clinic. Everything was organized, comfortable, and timely. The manager was very helpful, always available, and offered great advice. She is also a very pleasant and friendly person. I rate this experience a 5 out of 5.
