I attended today after an extraction couldn't be completed despite 40 mins with my BUPA dentist pulling, wriggling it on Tuesday. I was left very frightened and in extreme pain and BUPA could only offer an appointment with there dental surgeon on 15th July. I contacted Night & Day Aigburth and in less than 24 hours my tooth is out and although a little tender the pain is nowhere near what Ive experienced this week. It was busy and I waited to be seen despite having booked an appointment, everyone seemingly having the same pain, fear as the next person so sitting waiting feeling sorry for myself really extended to all of us. We were all there because there was nowhere else that could help us. Receptionist was really kind, friendly and professional (sorry if I got a little frustrated trying to get through for my prescription afterwards) you deserve so much credit, reassuring patients as they come in. I was then taken through and met Dr Razak for the first time. My first impression was I completely trusted him, so reassuring, so kind and so professional. Then Mudasar joined Dr Razak and he was the same, so reassuring, so kind and so professional. Job was done, tooth out, cleaned and stitched in a matter of minutes Thank you. In my opinion I consider this practice to be our 4th emergency service only today they turned out to be no. One!! Thank you so much Angela Gibson
