I recently bought a night owl system, and the DVR box is producing electrical sparks. Despite my request for a different DVR, they insist on using this dangerous unit. It's incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. The customer support is terrible, and this equipment could potentially cause fires.
