Initially, I had good communication with the company while waiting for my item. However, upon receiving the NVG PVS14, I discovered it was a clone and not the genuine housing. Additionally, the unit had a defective helicoil, which I reported, but since delivery, they have not responded or honored their warranty. Proceed with caution.
Update: It took some time to reach the team, which they need to improve, and missing scheduled calls is not ideal for any business. However, they ultimately took care of the issue, and I received the unit I ordered. It's a high-quality product with excellent specifications, and I was very pleased with its performance on my first use. I will continue to use them for all my thermal and NVG needs.
