I was let down by the online service. One of my colleagues ordered five pairs of sneakers for us on Black Friday, November 21, 2025. However, only four pairs arrived. They claim there were five, but considering the dimensions and weight of the box that was emailed to us, it’s clear that five pairs wouldn’t fit. A month has passed with no updates about my sneakers or my refund, which feels unprofessional. They keep insisting that the box wasn’t damaged, but that’s not the issue—we reported a missing item. I've contacted customer service almost daily, and they keep telling me to wait 3 to 5 days. Last week, they emailed my colleague stating that they investigated and confirmed the package was undamaged at delivery. We never said the box was damaged; we reported a shortage in our order, and the missing pair of Nike Air Jordans is mine. I’m very frustrated. All they need to do is check the box dimensions to understand that five pairs couldn’t fit. Even a tool I used confirmed that it’s impossible for five pairs to fit in that box. What is it that they don't understand? Is this part of a larger issue? Is there any way for a review platform to assist with this?
