Review Time
Bought a pair of Nike slides to get here for a cruise says be here in 2 days never got them. When I got back on my five day cruise they still weren’t here. Walk in house canceled. After asking for refund they said it would be on my card by the feb 25th that’s 10 days after I purchased it . Didn’t get it on the 25th . I called today to hear I won’t receive it until march 9th. I’ll never buy online again yall messed it up for me with this one. Just holding my mind I could have took my money and bought slides another time or somewhere else but now I’m just out of the money until yall say it will possibly be processed!!
The store collection was decent but the staff members weren't they were just doing annoying things , there way of talking was like that they were talking to not a customer, talking to donkey . Very bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Nike Canada.
My order took a very long time to be delivered. After finally receiving it, I decided to return the shoes. Nike has had the returned package in their possession for over 10 business days, and my refund still has not been processed.
Customer support informed me that it could take up to 10 more days to receive the refund. That means potentially 20 days just to get my money back, which is completely unacceptable.
What makes the situation worse is the chat support. They showed no real concern for the situation and kept repeating scripted answers instead of actually helping.
For a company of this size, the return and refund process — and especially the customer service — is extremely disappointing.
Nike’s system duplicated my online order and charged my credit card twice for a single purchase.
When I contacted customer support immediately, Nike confirmed the duplicate but refused to cancel it, saying I had missed a 30-minute window. I was told to either file a fraud claim or wait for two identical products, return one, and wait up to 30 days for a refund.
I only made one purchase. This was a system error, not my mistake. Very disappointing experience and poor resolution for a clear billing issue.
Don’t buy online. Sneakers don’t fit correctly and you need to try on sneakers before buying. No bargain and if you want to get new pair you need to pay another $9.99 for shipping and who knows if the next size fits. Will never buy online again.
I had a very frustrating experience. I purchased shoes for my mother and later found a better deal on the same day. When I attempted to return them, I was informed that returns were not allowed due to company policy. The manager even questioned my intentions regarding her job security. I can only describe this as a scam.
I ordered two pairs of soccer cleats, both in US 10.5 for my son. One pair fit perfectly, but the other was clearly a size 11 or larger mislabeled as a 10.5, causing it to slip off his foot. I thought I could return the incorrect pair, but the company wouldn't provide a shipping label for the return unless I paid $37 USD. Instead, I had to create a UPS account and return it myself, which cost me $21. I won't buy directly from this company again; their customer service is disappointing and they seem indifferent.
The delivery service for online orders is dreadful. Each time I contact the operator, I'm told the parcel will arrive soon and to wait for 7 days, yet nothing changes. They refuse to refund my money and just keep asking me to wait. There is no communication with the delivery service, and their tracking website is not updated. The team is not performing well. I'm still waiting for my delivery after 3 weeks.
I was let down by the online service. One of my colleagues ordered five pairs of sneakers for us on Black Friday, November 21, 2025. However, only four pairs arrived. They claim there were five, but considering the dimensions and weight of the box that was emailed to us, it’s clear that five pairs wouldn’t fit. A month has passed with no updates about my sneakers or my refund, which feels unprofessional. They keep insisting that the box wasn’t damaged, but that’s not the issue—we reported a missing item. I've contacted customer service almost daily, and they keep telling me to wait 3 to 5 days. Last week, they emailed my colleague stating that they investigated and confirmed the package was undamaged at delivery. We never said the box was damaged; we reported a shortage in our order, and the missing pair of Nike Air Jordans is mine. I’m very frustrated. All they need to do is check the box dimensions to understand that five pairs couldn’t fit. Even a tool I used confirmed that it’s impossible for five pairs to fit in that box. What is it that they don't understand? Is this part of a larger issue? Is there any way for a review platform to assist with this?
The support team showed no willingness to resolve the issue. I received a gift card, but the pin was easily scratched off with my fingernail. My family member wasted $150. This feels like theft. We were informed that I need to return to the retailer, which is 500 miles away.
