I recently ordered from Nike.de, and they sent the items using DPD services. The items were never delivered to me, while on the DPD tracking website, it stated that they were delivered successfully to me (I was at home all the time). When I communicated this to DPD, they told me to contact the sender which is Nike to open an inquiry. When I communicated it to Nike.de multiple times, they performed their investigation and concluded that they wouldn't refund me because I received the package. Now Nike customer service has even stopped receiving my calls. I am filing disputes with Klarna and to get my money back. Be very careful when ordering online from them.
